Special orders are NOT RETURNABLE.

Damaged in shipping: If the item(s) was damaged in transit please notify me ASAP since a claim against the carrier would need to be initiated. If possible- I would very much appreciate that you take a snapshot or 2 of the package and item to aid my claim process. 

Refund Policy: I understand that sometimes it is necessary to return purchases. Please contact me first to confirm the return shipping address. Buyer pays for insured-return shipping. I will make every effort to insure that the return/refund is handled in a timely fashion. Refunds take 4-10 business days. Buyer initial shipping cost is non-refundable.
