The item must be unworn and in the original packaging. Return for CREDIT only after 30 days. Buyer pays return shipping+insurance and item(s) must be returned (postmarked) within one week. Use a trackable shipping method. The buyer assumes responsibility for the item until it is received by FavreStudio. Original shipping WILL NOT be refunded.

Damaged in shipping: If the item(s) was damaged in transit please notify me ASAP since a claim against the carrier would need to be initiated. If possible- I would very much appreciate that you take a snapshot or 2 of the package and item to aid my claim process.
